microphone and streamed via the webcam);

• notes regarding an individual’s exam session;
• other exam/session based data that may be collected;
• candidate IP address and location;
• operating system and browser type of the candidate;
• chat sessions;
• email support messages;
• for compatibility of candidate’s equipment: browser version, appVersion, appName,
product and appCodeName, video frame size, type and library used for encoding,
framerate, jitter, packet loss and bandwith (via WebRTC in Google Chrome

This data is transferred from the Data Controller to TEAMCo Remote LTD who is the processor. It is collected from a secure software

TEAMCo Remote has no responsibility for deletion of Customer Data from the Software Platforms. Customer Data is automatically deleted after 6 months by a software feature within the Software Platform.
